Studying in the UK may be a little different than how you study in your home country. You are usually at University/College from Monday to Friday, with every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) off, where you can spend it exploring your new surroundings.

You will be expected to work in a combination of all of the above throughout your study journey. Towards your final year (if you are studying a Bachelor’s degree), you will most likely have more time for independent study, with a mixture of weekly tutorials and seminars taking up the rest of your timetable.
You will have access to a University online blackboard, where lecturers will regularly upload course information, assignments and lecture notes, as well as any important notices.
